About
I'm the CTO of Insurance Nation, where I lead the architecture and delivery of platforms that modernize end-to-end insurance operations. My work sits at the intersection of strategic leadership and hands-on engineering — from multi-cloud infrastructure to AI-enabled systems.
Originally trained as a Telecommunications Engineer in Havana, Cuba, I built my career across the full technology stack — moving from systems design to digital transformation leadership. I hold an MS in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and I'm an AWS ML Engineer – Associate, focused on building practical AI systems that create measurable operational leverage.
Today my focus is intelligent operations: RAG pipelines, workflow orchestration, and applying modern ML tooling in environments where reliability and governance matter. I believe the best technology is invisible: it just works, reliably, at scale.
